The monolithic design of FASCRS Seal – is the system of application in which fabric is used for reinforcement along with other cooling & waterproofing coatings and the system creates membrane like structure on site.

When FASCRS Seal is done on surface exposed to sun, it provides Cooling as well water proofing; When it is done on RCC or when protected by any plaster etc. it is done using Hi Seal Slurry coating and then it acts only as waterproofing layer; membrane made on site.
